Buffalo. For Real TV: First Fridays Allentown

by Ben Kirst • October 09, 2011 @ 8:50am
Why does every web site in the greater Buffalo area seem to post Visit Buffalo Niagara’s Buffalo. For Real TV segments as soon as they are released? Is it because the video series casts Buffalo in such an amazing light? Is it because of the sharp production values? The rugged handsomeness of host Nelson Starr? Because we are all on tight budgets and desperate for content and SEO juice? Yes to all of the above! The latest video in the series celebrates First Fridays in Allentown, a regular celebration of local art, artists and galleries in the city’s bohemian center.
This video is so good that it almost made Buffalo.com’s Ben T. forget the time he tried to shake Nelson Starr’s hand after an interview at the Music Is Art festival and Nelson left him hanging. An honest mistake! But don’t try telling that to Ben T. That kid carries a grudge like Walter Payton.
