Our helium balloon ride , free slurpee day brain freeze and Amish Trail road trip were just a warm up to this brave undertaking.

The Adventure Gals were courageous enough to take a trip to Niagara Gun Range for our most adventurous adventure yet. For those of you who are not familiar with Niagara Gun Range, it is WNY’s one stop shop for indoor shooting, firearms sales, ammunition, training, permit classes and gunsmith service. We also found out that it is a hotspot for bachelor and bachelorette parties.

So take note if you are heading down the aisle soon and are looking to switch things up by shooting some guns before heading off to the bars.

Since Katie and I had never been shooting before, let alone held a gun, we needed a lesson before going in the range. We certainly had no problem looking the part, especially once we were given protective glasses and ear muffs. However, we needed to familiarize ourselves with the different parts of the gun (particularly the safety) before taking on the challenge.

Once we learned the ins and outs of the trade, we turned our game faces on, took our Ar-15 .22 Long Rifle and Sig 556 Nato Rifle and set out to kill some zombies. See all the action in our video below.
