Allentown Art Festival kicks off Buffalo’s summer

The Corporate Challenge, the Gus Macker and the first Thursday at the Harbor all took place in the last week, and perhaps this weekend’s Allentown Arts Festival is the icing on the cake. It’s a staple in Buffalo’s summer events calendar—even if it’s not officially summer until the night of June 20—drawing thousands of locals and non-locals together to appreciate Allentown’s diverse art scene.
The festival runs between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday on Allen Street and Delaware Avenue—see map below—and thanks to 25-member not-for-profit Allentown Village Society, it’s free to attend.
