Day nine at the Erie County Fair

There is never a dull moment at the Erie County Fair. After loading up on fried cookie dough and chocolate covered bacon, skip the rides and check out some of these events instead.

At 11:00 a.m. it is your chance to join the circus at the Backyard Circus and Puppet Parade in Stroller Square Park.

At 1:00 p.m. stop by Slade Park to listen to 23 Skidoo (Dixieland Jazz, Bourbon Street Style and Ragtyme).

At 6:00 p.m. it is all about the women at the fair. Ladies come by the Expo Hall for Home Depot Ladies Night.

At 5:00 p.m. there will be the 4-H & FFA Breeding Meat Goat Show in Barn 11. Maybe you will see a fainting goat!

Finally finish the night off at Buffalo.com Grandstand for some great music and an even better party. Don’t miss Blake Shelton perform at 8:00 p.m.. Get your tickets while they are still available!

—Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for Seniors (60+) and FREE for Children 12 and under.
—Parking is $5.
