Founded in 2009, this improvisational jam band has brought the Deadheads out of the woodwork when traveling city to city. The combined effort of original Grateful Dead band members Phil Lesh and Bob Weir, Furthur continues the legacy of the legendary rock band. Fans can expect a combination of classic Grateful Dead songs and re-worked new music.

Joined by Jeff Chimenti on keyboards, John Kadlecik on lead guitar, Joe Russo on drums and Sunshine Becker and Jeff Pehrson on backup vocals, Lesh and Weir boast an undeniably talented group. Doors open at 6 p.m. Sunday night at First Niagara Center with the show starting at 7 p.m. Tickets can still be purchased through Tickets.com.

From longtime fans to people looking for something to do on a Sunday night, all will be presented with an entertaining night. It may be a crowded show, but be sure to leave room for hippie dancing. There will be, without a doubt, lots of it.
