UPDATE: Diane Riedel, you’re our winner!
————————————————————————-
Movies ain’t cheap. They’re expensive to make, and they’re expensive to see at theaters. Chances are you’ve spent a pretty penny on catching flicks at the local cinema this summer, but your movie-going could get a lot cheaper—FREE, to be precise.
For today’s contest, tell us your favorite film of the summer. We’ll randomly select one person from the list of respondents to win four (count ‘em, FOUR) Regal Cinemas passes.
We’ll select a winner by 3 p.m. today, so start typing!
Love movies? Check out our new-ish movie trailer page.

“Super 8” was definitely a favorite this summer. Wasn’t so impressed by “Bridesmaids,” unfortunately. Though I love a good food poisoning joke.
I’m a nerd so definitely “Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows pt. 2” but “Bridesmaids” was a close second….haven’t laughed that hard in a long time.
Of this summer or any summer? Because the greatest summer movie of all time is obviously the Sand Lot. I haven’t seen any of this summers new movies yet. Which is why I need the Regal passes. ;)
I wasn’t a fan of Bridesmaids either. I think the only other movie I saw this summer was Hangover 2, so I’m going with that one. I heard Crazy Stupid Love was good. If I win these tickets perhaps I can find out ;o)
“Super 8” by far was my favorite brought me back to the Goonies and ET.
i adored “super 8”. it was an awesome, classic story, filled with adventure and enjoyable for movie lovers at any age. those kids were all excellent actors too. what a fun film!
I have to say Harry Potter—because it was the only movie I have been to see this summer.
Crazy, Stupid, Love gets my vote!! Laughed so much! Great summer movie!
I enjoyed Transformers actually. It was a fun! Love the show when I was a kid! :)
Captain America! Good dumb nazi-punching fun
Totally agree with Danielle and Johnny on this one. I’ve been hoping for a “Goonies” kind of movie that is entertaining for all ages, and where the girls aren’t totally lame. I was all about “Super 8.”
Crazy, Stupid Love was a great movie. Similar to Love, Actually (one of my all time favs) but without the Brits. Also, Ryan Gosling with no shirt!
We LOVED Crazy.Stupid.Love! Funny, romantic and surprising!
Harry Potter 2 was great! I saw it by myself and enjoyed it immensely!
“Bridesmaids” was the best movie I have seen all summer. I have not laughed that hard at a movie in I don’t know how long! Seriously laughed from beginning to end. The movie trailers did not do it justice!
Harry Potter, been fans since the first book!
30 minutes or less was the my favorite movie of the summer, hilarious!
My fav was definitely - “Bridesmaids” - I saw it with a friend of mine, as the two of us were hosting a bridal shower the next day as actual bridesmaids. It provided some necessary comic relief.
Haven’t seen anything lately, but will be seeing Crazy Stupid Love next week. Bridesmaids was OK.
Harry Potter! It’s the only one I’ve seen this summer, but that doesn’t make it any less awesome.
