Kleinhans Music Hall is about to get a whole lot funnier. Announced via Twitter on Wednesday, Louis C.K. has added Buffalo as an additional stop on his current comedy tour.

You can catch Louis C.K. at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 4 at Kleinhans Music Hall. Tickets for the show are $45 and can be purchased through the Louis C.K. website.

A big fan of avoiding using ticket brokers who can rip fans off, Louis C.K. is selling his tour tickets directly through his own personal website, instead of using a Ticketmaster type of outlet. “Making my shows affordable has always been my goal but two things have always worked against that. High ticket charges and ticket re-sellers marking up the prices,” he said on his website.

“Some ticketing services charge more than 40% over the ticket price and, ironically, the lower I’ve made my ticket prices, the more scalpers have bought them up, so the more fans have paid for a lot of my tickets.”

Here is a tweet from the funny man, announcing the added shows (including Buffalo).

This way he is in control of his own tickets for shows, keeping all ticket prices at a $45 cost to fans. With rules and regulations to avoid people buying and re-selling tickets for lots of money, Louis C.K. wants to make his shows affordable for the fans—not a moneymaker for a middleman broker.
