Make Buffalo scream

If you think your twisted mind can think of scenes to send shivers down spines, this one’s for you:
The Buffalo Screams Horror Film Festival is now accepting submissions for the 2012 festival, which will be held Oct. 17 to 22 at—new venue!—the Market Arcade Film and Arts Centre, 3500 Main St.
“The move downtown provides us with greater lobby space for guests and vendors and also allows us to showcase the city better than if we held the event in the suburbs. Last year we booked 28 rooms for out-of-town visitors,” said festival co-founder J. Novak in a news release.
The deadline for submitting a film is Sept. 1. Visit the festival’s official application page for more information about deadlines, film categorizes, prizes and more.
