It’s that time of year again—to get a head start on planning your holiday parties.
The White Party will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 12 at the UB Center for the Arts Atrium. Black or white attire is required and the dress code will be strictly enforced upon arrival to the event. Tickets for the fundraiser are $75 for an early bird ticket and can be purchased through Brown Paper tickets here.
Proceeds from the night be benefit Child and Adolescent Treatment Services—a WNY non-profit child mental health agency that provides innovative, research based preventative and treatment programs that strengthen the emotional health and safety of children in their homes, schools and our community at large.
According to event organizers,
The White Party has been created in an effort to bring awareness to many valuable, yet less talked about community programs in Buffalo, New York. With an ever-rising awareness regarding mental health issues across the nation, there is an even larger need to increase the awareness of treatment services available for children with mental health issues.
A silent auction will also be taking place during the night, including many fabulous items such as a full eyelash extension kit from I Lash NY, custom cards from Nicole Scanlon Designs and custom white accessory from LeeAndi’s Purple Roses among others.
Additionally, there will be a fashion component to the night including the showcasing of new seasons and lines from Once Vintage and Katie Gariepy.
