I like to sketch and draw when I can, but this takes it to a whole other level.
“Have you ever wondered what an elephant’s take on Impressionism would look like,” asks Art Gone Wild organizers. “How about an ape’s abstract painting? Well, you are in luck because the Buffalo Zoo’s artsy animals have been at it again.”
This is a chance for the general public to go home with an incredibly unique addition to any art collection. Additionally, wine and beer samplings will be available at the event as well as an array of appetizers.
Art Gone Wild will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26 at Pearl Street Brewery. Tickets for the art auction are $10 in advance, $15 the day of the event and can be purchased through the Buffalo Zoo’s website.
