It may have been at its cultural height in the 1960s, but Motown—unlike the beehive hairdo—has never lost its popularity.  This Saturday, Buffalonians will get a chance to take it back to that time with Radiance, a tribute group to the women of Motown.

Wendy Edmead, Marque’ Munday, Yolanda Tharrington and Crystal Robinson make up the talented vocal quartet .  These sweet-singing divas have performed in virtually every theatrical production and showroom on the Vegas strip and will join forces to offer renditions of pop standards made famous by musical greats such as Aretha Franklin, Donna Summer, and Diana Ross and the Supremes, among others.

The set list for the show will include wildly popular Motown hits like “Dancing in the Streets,” “Stop in the Name of Love,” “You Keep Me Hanging On,” “We Are Family” and so many more—the list goes on and on. Tickets to Radiance can be purchased through the Buffalo Philharmonic Online Box Office.  If you’re wondering, “When Will I See You Again,” don’t worry—the show begins at 8 p.m.
