Ryan Gosling: Straight outta Ontario - VIDEOS

Superstar Ryan Gosling continues to amaze fans with his epic feats of heroism, dashing good looks and charmingly coy on-camera persona. Adding to all that, the actor broke international barriers as the first and only Canadian member of the Mickey Mouse Club.
To celebrate 40 years on air, Canadian morning show “Canada AM” featured an interview of 12-year-old Gosling, a native of nearby southern Ontario, shortly after securing his spot on the Disney Channel’s “All New Mickey Mouse Club.”
“We had to sing, dance and act, and they gave us a script to learn, two songs to learn and they gave me an interlude and taught us how to dance when we were down there,” said London, Ontario-born Gosling, who reportedly beat out 15,000 youngsters in the auditions.
Other notable cast members who made the cut with Gosling were Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
