Sky Zone Buffalo: not your mama’s workout - VIDEO

While it may seem like an updated version of Discovery Zone, Sky Zone Buffalo is not just for the kids. They do host birthday parties and 3-D dodgeball, but it is the high performance training that looks the most impressive.
With the help of Lehrer Dance, Sky Zone Buffalo just released an impressive new video showing off their training program. It looks like boot camp, but fun since you get to jump around.
With the weather being so nice this early into spring, this kind of workout looks like it will certainly get you fit for summer.
