I’m not going to lie… I’m always dancing around my room when Taylor Swift comes on the radio. Most recently, “I Knew You Were Trouble.”

Two songs that I always keep nearby, whether on a CD or on my phone, are “Thing Called Love” by Above & Beyond and “Stereo Love” by Edward Maya.  Two songs that always make me dance.

One song that is impossible not to dance to is “Yeah” by Usher. Every time that some comes on I just feel like dancing, even if its just bobbing my head or doing a spin move. Obviously I can’t dance like Usher, but that won’t stop me from trying to.

I actually love dancing to any up beat tempo song.  Most recently it was to “Teenage Dream” by Katy Perry. Such a fun song to dance to.  Takes the day’s stress away.

“Bust a Move” by Young MC. However I can no longer do the “Worm” move without needing medical assistance afterwards. :)

I’m submitting this for my 8 year old grandaughter, Madison who is a terrific dancer. She competed in NYC and Las Vegas. It was an amazing expereince for her. Her solo song was “All about me”, which fits her perfectly. She is with Steppin Out dance studio and has to learn 10 dances this year. Expensive!!! WOW!!!

I am obsessed with this show! So much talent! As for myself, give me a little MJ and I am dancing all over the place! I teach a cardio hip-hop class and we encorporated one of my fav’s into our routines - PYT and the company director taught the “Thriller Dance” before Halloween!

The best song to dance to…....“Dancing with Myself” by Billy Idol.  I do not know anyone who can resist getting up and jamming with this song, even those who claim they “can’t dance”.......
