The Goo Goo Dolls change the life of aspiring musician - VIDEO

blog by Kathryn Przybyla • August 13, 2012 @ 9:17am
Talk about an unforgettable performance.
Born without arms, 18-year old George Dennehy has been playing guitar for years—with his feet.
When a few videos of him playing Goo Goo Dolls cover songs went viral, the teen musician was asked to join the Buffalo band on stage for a special performance of “Iris” at Musikfest. Following the show, Dennehy’s father, Mike posted this thank you note on a Goo Goo Dolls message board along with a video from the concert.
A huge thanks to the nicest and most kind rock and roll guys in the world! We were allowed to have someone on stage to take video of what was happening, from Georges point of view ..we just put it up on Georges You Tube page.. - its pretty amazing and I thought you would all enjoy it… What other band in the world would do this? I still cry when I see this.
For more information on George Dennehy, check out his music page or give him a shout out on Twitter.
