Ever wondered what made up those 74,999 useful items in everyone’s favorite 5 & 10 in East Aurora?

In a new video series produced by Vidler’s, shoppers, tourists and Western New Yorkers alike will get a chance to see some of the quirky items the historic shop has to offer. On “Vidler’s TV,” Don Vidler takes us through the uses of some unique items as well as some favorite penny candy.

According to their Youtube page,

Vidler’s TV is a weekly product review show filmed on location at the historic Vidler’s 5 & 10 in East Aurora, New York. Vidler’s is one of last surviving “five and dime” stores in America and the largest in the world!

With two levels occupying four connected 19th century buildings, you’ll find everything from nostalgic candy, novelty toys and kitchen gadgets to the newest items for the recreational shopper with distinctive shops featuring crafts, fabrics, jewelry, candles and seasonal décor. A five and dime store, and so much more!
