Arrested Development at Buffalo Place’s Thursday at the Harbor - PHOTOS

Atlanta alternative hip-hop group Arrested Development swung over to the Erie Canal Harbor for this week's Thursday at the Harbor show presented by Buffalo Place. Led by Speech, the eight-member group mustered up an energetic performance despite a rather sweltering evening on the waterfront.
