Undaunted by a late drizzle, the Arkells and Gomez drowned out the splatters with a powerful rock show at Thursday at the Harbor. Before the Arkells took the stage, our Buffalo.com promo team of Jillian Miller, Sarah Miller and Jessica Mancini handed out drink tickets and snapped photos of music fans from all walks of life.
