Illuminate AK at the Albright-Knox - PHOTOS

by Cody Osborne  •

The Albright-Knox Art Gallery continued to celebrate it's 150th anniversary year with an experience like none other. With the help of many artists, sponsors and volunteers the gallery was able to put together the first ever large-scale 3D video projection mapping project in Western New York. The exterior of the gallery was brought to life with all different sorts of lights and images displayed from a distance. This experience was a once in a lifetime opportunity for local people to see art and architecture collide on a scale not normally witnessed.
