Ingrid Michaelson at the Town Ballroom - PHOTOS

The sell out crowd waited in a line that stretched the whole theater block along Main Street to experience the very sensitive indie pop/folk sound of Ingrid Michaelson. Greg Laswell opened the evening for his wife and the sell out crowd cheered when Ingrid hit the stage. Ingrid labeled the Buffalo fans "the perfect crowd," that she'd love to have with her always. It was the first time our photographer had heard Ingrid's music and he now is certainly a fan. Her sound is different. It's sensitive yet somewhat intense and a very comfortable experience. Ingrid and the band's use of percussion was very effective. Way to go, Ingrid, you won the night.
