What better way to celebrate Mardi Gras in buffalo? A bar crawl! Sponsored by Best of Buffalo Promotions with 15 bars and clubs participating. Yeah, it's cold, and yeah, there was light snow, but that didn't stop people from crawling up and down Chippewa!
