Steel Magnolia live at Club Infinity - PHOTOS

by Don Nieman  •

Saturday was a great night for country music -- Steel Magnolia, West of the Mark and Brian Milson kicked it up for the country boys and girls out in Amherst.

Beset by controversy, romantic rumors, addiction issues and potential burnout, 2012 has been a tough year for Steel Magnolia -- but the band is back on the road, opening its latest tour in Rochester on Friday before rolling into Buffalo's Club Infinity on Saturday night. Vocalist Meghan Linsey and guitarist Joshua Scott Jones were in fine form and gave a masterful performance for an appreciative crowd.

The night opened with Brian Milson presenting their acoustic show followed by West of the Mark really heating up the Club for headliner Steel Magnolia that took the country crowd at Club Infinity to a whole new level. The duo of Jones and Linsey brought their unique sound to town as they came right out of the gate with Ooh La La and continued wowing the fans with Steel Magnolia's impressive catalog for the rest of the night.
