BuffaBLOG presents Voodoo Friends - VIDEO
The intrepid characters at BuffaBLOG recently launched a new video series featuring local musicians. The first performance, recorded in early March, was by electronica artist Karl Hohn, better known as Voodoo Friends. The BuffaBLOGgers pulled off a little voodoo of their own to record the session -- Hohn's set was shot inside a friend's apartment at the Hotel Lenox, smack in the middle of North Street on the Allentown / Elmwood Village border, with nary a complaint from a noise-sensitive neighbor. BuffaBLOG will host its second anniversary party at 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 30 at Nietzsche's (248 Allen St., Buffalo). Entertainment will include performances by the Andrew J. Reimers County Punk Extravaganza, Early Attic, On Beta, Ramforinkus and, of course, Voodoo Friends.
