Sleigh Bells perform ‘Tell ‘Em’ at Town Ballroom - VIDEO
If you were at the Sleigh Bells show on Saturday night at Town Ballroom (see photos from the show here), congratulations for surviving! The acclaimed duo (a trio for live purposes) of Derek Miller (guitar) and Alexis Krauss (vocals) put on an amazing show, mixing work from their two full-length records -- Treats and Reign of Terror -- with an utterly stupefying combination of raw sound (courtesy of a massive pair of Marshall stacks) and strobe lights. If you were able to withstand the entirety of this full-on assault on the senses without permanent neural damage -- I bowed out after 45 minutes, and I've been in the front row at Slayer! -- you are truly hardcore.
