University of Rochester rap - VIDEO

It's not your typical admissions packet handed out at an open house, but it works.

University of Rochester's office of admissions teamed up with campus all-male a cappella group the Midnight Ramblers to create this informational rap video all about the school and Rochester life.

Listen closely to hear a bunch of Western New York references, including a shout-out to Alec Baldwin's mother and Wegmans, which opened its first store in Rochester.

Last year, a Canisius College student rapped his own university ode. Watch that video below:
