Open back dress: a sexy way to spice up an outfit is to find a dress or top with an interesting back. Paired with the correct undergarments, these unique cuts can really update a wardrobe.

Oversized necklace: paired with a simple or strapless LBD, an oversized necklace can be a real dramatic touch to any outfit. Layered chain necklaces with small hints of color are some of my favorites.

Oxford collared shirts: this classic work-wear item doesn’t have to be white and stiff. Pair a bright sweater over an embellished colllared shirt for a much more colorful look at work—not to mention comfortable.

Ombre hair: a big trend in 2012, hair with dark/natural roots and lighter ends have been all over the red carpet in year’s past.

Orange lips: a big step away from the usual bold-red lip that everyone wore during the holidays, an orange lip can be a subtle improvement. paired with extremely simple eye makeup, give some orange and coral shades a shot.
