Bob Dylan coming to Buffalo in April (UPDATE)

blog by Kathryn Przybyla  •

UPDATE: After speaking with Student Association communications director, Ned Semoff on Thursday, it turns out the Bob Dylan show will be one of two shows SA is planning to host in the spring semester. Spring Fest 2013 will actually be held on April 14, so save the date for a future concert announcement.

It looks like the 71-year old music legend will be coming to the University at Buffalo this April.

No stranger to the area, Bob Dylan has recently played at venues including Artpark and will make an appearance at UB’s Alumni Arena for this upcoming show.

Here is a screenshot from BobDylan.com with the recently announced dates:

With a spring date and familiar venue, my guess is that this could be a possible UB Student Association’s headliner for Spring Fest 2013. As a former entertainment director for the Student Association myself while at UB, this would be a great move by the students to bring a legendary artist to the area.

Take a listen to this throwback video below.
