Coolzey, Raashan Ahmad perform live at Duke’s Saturday

Two world-renowned music artists are coming to Buffalo this Saturday. Rocker-rapper Coolzey will collaborate with underground rapper Raashan Ahmad at Duke’s Bohemian Grove Bar on 253 Allen St., Buffalo. This is one of their first stops on their U.S. and international The Tour De Force tour presented by Deep Thinka Records.

Coolzey will bring the rock vibe along with Rashaan Ahmad’s pure underground hip-hop sound to stun the crowd at 9 on Saturday night. Both artists have worldwide recognition and will expand their fan-bases with their upcoming projects Hit Factory and Cloud 9, respectively. Tickets can be bought here. After releasing two albums, The Honey and Coolzey and the Search for the Hip Hop Hearts—Coolzey gained a large fan-base across the globe. His debut, The Honey, charted in the top 10 for U.S. college radio stations. His second album was a 12 track collaboration with 12 different underground beat maker’s such as: Giant Panda, Copywrite and Crown City Rockers. Coolzey is working on his upcoming album Hit Factory which is due spring 2013.

The lead artist from critically acclaimed rap group Crown City Rockers, Rashaan Ahmad from Oakland, Calif., is ready to promote his soon-to-be released album Cloud 9.He got his first taste of the worldwide spotlight when his group released the album Earth Tones in 2004. Since then, he released multiple projects, gained fans around the globe, earned thousands of YouTube hits and is currently on a rising tour.
