Halloween’s behind us, but Lake Effect Comedy still has a few tricks and treats in its symbolic candy bowl of goodies.
Gently ease your way out of the Halloween season with some laughs and a jovial atmosphere at Friday Night Comedy—happening this Friday, of course—at the Adam’s Mark Hotel, 120 Church St. in Buffalo.
Mark Walton, fresh from the Boston Comedy Festival where he beat out 95 other comedians to finish second, headlines this installment of the monthly comedy showcase.
Dario Josef, a finalist in the 2012 Funniest Person in Rochester contest, will host the show. Additional performers include Brian Herberger, who was featured on Helium Comedy Club’s Comedy Central Showcase of Buffalo comics to watch; and Buffalo.com’s own MovieMaddness podcasters Adam Hernandez and Jason Pomietlasz.
Show starts at 9 p.m., with doors opening at 8:30. The Adam’s Mark will offer drink specials and free parking to attendees. Entry is $7 at the door.
