The FUN. boys sure do love Rochester.

With the recent announcement of their 2013 summer tour, WNY fans will be able to catch the NYC-based group at CMAC. At a show I attended last year at Water Street Music Hall, lead singer Nate Ruess gushed about his love for WNY fans. He thanked them immensely for supporting FUN., even when radio hits and fame weren’t part of the picture.

Being one of the first venues that would sell out shows when the band was still making a name for itself, Water Street Music Hall had become a favorite stop on FUN.‘s tours. But after having an incredible past year, the guys have graduated to a venue a bit more fitting for their audience—the Constellation Brands - Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center or CMAC in Canandaigua.

Joined by duo, Tegan and Sara, FUN. will be taking the stage on July 13. Tickets for the show range from $26 to $40 and can be purchased through the event’s Facebook page.

According to the band, “Tickets officially go on sale Friday, Feb. 15th at 12 p.m. venue local time, but you can get your tickets early via the FUN. fan presale on Wednesday, Feb. 6th at 12 p.m. Use the presale code SOMENIGHTS (not case sensitive) to get your tickets early.”
