Get the look: SAG Awards edition

blog by Kathryn Przybyla • January 28, 2013 @ 4:15pm
We’re in the middle of awards season and the fashion is better than ever.
The themes for this year’s red carpet looks at the Screen Actors Guild Awards were clear: navy, black and red are in and anything with sheer cut-outs made the best-dressed list.
Top looks were seen from Jennifer Lawrence (in a strapless navy Dior gown) and Jessica Chastain (in a strapless red Alexander McQueen gown).
We did a “Golden Globes edition” for our Get the Look series earlier this month, with additional red carpet looks you can find in WNY—be sure to check that out too!
But never fear, Buffalo. We found some copy-cat looks that you can find in local WNY shops and boutiques. Take a look at these red carpet alternatives, courtesy of Ooh La La Boutique and The Clothes Bar.
