I hereby release full rights to my photo, including use of my name in connection therewith, to use, exhibit, print, or publish for news, advertising purposes, or otherwise for immediate release without prior inspection by me. I further certify that this is an original photo, taken by me, and I have permission to use the image of any person appearing in said photo.
