Tweeting and Tacos

by Kathryn Przybyla • December 27, 2011 @ 9:25am
The holidays have been exhausting so far. From last minute shopping to numerous Christmas dinners with my large family, sometimes it’s good to take a break. The Social Media Club of Buffalo understands this and is hosting a social networking event to break up the holiday cheer with some holiday wine. Beginning at 5:30 p.m. this Wednesday, TacoVino II will take place at Just Vino on Main Street in Buffalo. You’ve had enough cookies this weekend, try some tacos instead.
Lloyd’s Taco Truck will be on hand providing some goodies to be paired with featured wines from Just Vino. Attendees will have a chance to win win $25 gift certificates to Just Vino, along with $1 off featured wines with a taco purchase, among other drink specials.
The admission to this event is free, but you must register through the Eventbrite page. There were only about 24 spots open as of this morning, so sign up fast as space is limited.
To get you in the spirit, here is a Happy Holidays video from Social Media Clubs from around the world—check out the Buffalo chapter at around :29.
