While the weather this year didn't really cooperate, that didn't stop people from kicking Mardi Gras off with Artvoice's 17th annual Fat Tuesday Parade! The parade also kicked off Give For Greatness, an organization whose primary mission is to raise money for and elevate the profile of arts and cultural organizations in Western New York."
