Catholic Health’s “Yoga in the Park”

This summer, the Catholic Health System of Buffalo is hosting its first-ever community yoga class with the beautiful Delaware Park as the event’s backdrop.  “Yoga in the Park” invites women, men and children of all ages to participate in Buffalo’s largest, outdoor yoga class. Catholic Health expects to draw hundreds of yoga enthusiasts and newcomers alike to move in unison at Delaware Park while committing to improve their mental and physical health. A team of talented yoga instructors from across Western New York will lead participants through a 90 minute class which promises to inspire and guide people on their journey to better health and wellness. A donation of $15 is required by all participants’ with proceeds benefiting Neonatal Intensive Care Units at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo and Sisters of Charity Hospital. The first 300 to register will receive a complimentary yoga mat. This first-of-its-kind event is sure to be an unforgettable experience by any stretch of the imagination.
