Hamell on Trial with Andrew J. Reimers Country-Punk Extravaganza in Ninth Ward

One-man punk band, 'Hamell on Trial', brings loud, fast music informed by politics, passion, energy and intelligence. Equipped with his battered 1937 Gibson acoustic guitar, he strums like a machine gun. One minute he will be saying something profane and then out of nowhere he will hit you with something profound. There is no way to get around his obscenity so you might as well enjoy it. See this punk-rock bomb light up the Ninth Ward on Friday, June 29. Local favorites Andrew J. Reimers CPX will open the show with their unique blend of country and punk.
