Beer—it’s a science

Drink some brews and learn a thing or two at the Buffalo Museum of Science on May 12.
Beerology, an adult-only event that provides guests samples of beers from around the world along with information about brewing, is less than two weeks away, so get your tickets. Tickets are $35 for museum members; $40 for non-members, and they can be purchased through Brown Paper Tickets.
Enjoy beverages from Buffalo-based Community Beer Works, Flying Bison, Pearl Street Grill and Brewery, and others, and sip on beers from nationally recognized breweries such as Ommegang, Long Trail, Magic Hat and more. For a complete list of beer and food vendors, check out the Beerology webpage.
The event starts at 6 and runs through 9 p.m.
Last year, Donnie Burtless from Buffalo Eats and I attended the event and had a blast. We’ll be attending again, so look for us and say hi.
