Break bread with bakers

by S.J. Velasquez • February 22, 2012 @ 3:10pm
Fancy and Delicious Bakery, Buffalo’s homegrown community bakery and bread-share project, will launch its spring baking season with a party and tasting this weekend.
Sample new breads, chat with the bakers and learn about baking workshops from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at 208 North St., Buffalo.
If you like what you see (read: taste), buy into the bread share by paying $50 for 12 weeks of homemade fresh bread, made with locally grown organic ingredients.
The Fancy and Delicious crew was kind enough to invite me to a mixer last year, where I interviewed the founders and bakers. In the summer months, I attended a bread-making workshop and shot this little video about the company.

Great insights. I wonder how the list would differ if it only collected data for 25 to 45-year-olds.
