After grabbing a quick lunch at the Wegmans on Alberta Drive, I was pleasantly surprised with a chef cooking marinated portobello mushrooms and handing out free samples—delicious.
Everything in that store is mouth-watering and I was hooked. But what I found really interesting was a handout about their online “fresh videos” series. Did you know your favorite neighborhood grocery also has a video series for preparing decadent dishes?
What’s really cool is that they shop with you in the video, showing you exactly where to to find the ingredients. Not bad, Wegmans executive chefs. Now all I want to do this weekend is cook scrumptious foods.
