New food options to greet Bills fans at the Ralph

Let’s face it—if you tailgate for a Bills’ game, it’s the go-hard-or-go-home mentality.  Cheddar bratwursts line the grill, bacon cheeseburgers drip with fat (half of the Buffalo.com content team just gagged) and baby back ribs sizzle nicely in the fall weather, signaling a Sunday morning before a home Bills football game.  This is all wonderful—and my stomach is growling—but what about when the hunger pangs return at halftime?

Buffalo Business First reports that Delaware North will expand the concessions menu available to Bills’ fans at Ralph Wilson Stadium—and it’s Food Network inspired.  Music to our ears!  According to James Fink, the new items include:

—-  Buffalo brisket sandwiches
—-  Polish hot dogs
—-  Red Osier Roast Beef on Weck
—-  Nachos Grande with chili, salsa and jalapenos

Read through Fink’s article to learn about all the food available to suite owners—we’re done teasing ourselves with the pulled pork and blackened salmon—but there’s no mention of the expected prices of these upgraded goods.  Given the nature of stadium fare, I would expect seriously inflated prices, but at least now it will feel a little more worthwhile.  Even the hot dogs and pizza will be bigger!
