Online Christmas shop sells Buffalo classics

These are a few of my favorite things:

- Rootie’s Blue Cheese
- Bison dip
- Chef’s sauce

And this year, as I do a little online holiday shopping, I might throw a few of these favorite things in my virtual shopping cart. Christmas Central, a holiday decor store, will now offer tasty Buffalo classics—like the items mentioned above—along with a slew of other WNY gourmet treats. Why would such a big-name online Christmas store get into the Buffalo food business? It’s because Christmas Central is a local business affiliated with Dave’s Specialty Foods, a division of Dave’s Christmas Wonderland & Olde World Market in Cheektowaga.

As a former Buffalo expat (I moved back to Buffalo in January), I was always having friends and family send me Buffalo foods. I learned that, like Christmas Central, there are quite a few websites out there that sell Buffalo-themed gift baskets. Here are a few that I came across: Made in Buffalo, Premier Gourmet, and Buffalo Foods.
