Have you heard about the Taco Bell employee who left his job in the most public way possible? According to media reports,  one unhappy worker at the Taco Bell - KFC at the intersection of Transit and Losson in Depew left his job with pizazz.

In a sign out front, the unnamed former employee posted the following message: “I quit - Adam / **** you (smiley face)”

A photo of the sign was posted to Reddit early this morning and is rapidly gaining steam, and popular aggregator Fark has also picked up the story.

WIVB reports that “Adam” is a shift manager at the fast food restaurant who allegedly denied the disgruntled employee a day off after working 22 consecutive days. If that’s the case, I’m on Team Disgruntled Employee.

I called the restaurant this morning and was given the number for Taco Bell’s local headquarters. The representative with whom I spoke was unaware of the incident described above, and he forwarded my name and number to a representative at a different office. Still waiting on an official statement at this point.
