Organic 3 Cafe is the home of the best guacamole I have ever eaten—no exaggeration.  I have had guacamole in Mexico, California, Texas and Rosa Mexicano in New York, which I heretofore always claimed had the best guacamole I had ever tasted. We have a new winner. 

The guacamole at O3 is a delight to the taste buds and almost every other one of the human senses.  This concoction is a mixture of large avocado chunks, tons of fresh cilantro, onion and spices.  This is accompanied by a bowl of the lushest, ripest organic (obviously) tomatoes you have ever seen or tasted in a to-die-for salsa with even more onion and cilantro.  This is all served with blue tortilla chips, which were almost unnecessary because I felt as if I could use a spoon rather than a chip to shovel the guacamole into my mouth. Yummy, super-delicious, scrumpdillyumptious is the only way to describe this guacamole.

Guacamole: ravaged.  Sorry you have to see this.

Get thee to the O3!  Order the guacamole.  Then thank me.  After you become a fan/addict of the Organic 3 Cafe in Snyder (4446 Main St.) and the newer O3 on Elmwood, you will find it quite impossible to drive by without popping in for a bite or grabbing some takeout.

Note: Everything else I have tasted on the O3 menu is extremely delicious—the chicken wraps, salads and soups.  Oh, and they serve organic wine…I haven’t had the opportunity to try the wine yet, so let’s end this review with “to be continued.”
