Having trouble with your turkey? Tweet at Wegmans.

The Western New York grocery chain will once again offer Thanksgiving cooking tips and responses to questions via Twitter in the days leading up to the national holiday. Wegmans executive chef Mark Makovec will be on hand from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.

Simply send your questions to @Wegmans on Twitter with the hashtag #Turkey911.

“There are always questions, whether someone is cooking the feast for the very first time or has been doing it for years,” Makovec said in a statement. “We know our customers are especially busy during the holidays, and this is a way to provide some on-the-go guidance in a way that some find most convenient.”

Wegmans’ website also offers loads of Thanksgiving prep advice and recipes. The Turkey 101 feature on the site, for example, guides cooks through the process of selecting the appropriate turkey for a dinner party.
