The wind blew, the clouds sometimes gave way to sun and at times light snow flurries blew across the scene as Amy’s Truck, Lloyd Taco Truck, the Whole Hog, the Knight Slider, R & R BBQ, the Cheesy Chick, the Roaming Buffalo, the Sweet Hearth, and Rolling Joe Cafe lined up on the perimeter of Eastern Hills Mall's parking lot to offer their fare to holiday shoppers with a portion of the profits from the rally sales going to Meals On Wheels.
