Butter lambs of Buffalo

The butter lamb is a Polish tradition, but Buffalo's played an important role in spreading the dairy novelty's popularity in America. If you're from WNY, chances are your Easter dinner table has featured a butter lamb from Malczewski Poultry Shoppe in the Broadway Market.
