BN 360 is the region’s premier young professionals program that focuses on leadership, networking and community engagement. A critical branch of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, its mission is to help young professionals collaborate with peers to build their network and further their careers.
“The BN 360 program is a great way to encourage and learn from Buffalo Niagara’s young professionals who are interested in improving the region,” said Dottie Gallagher-Cohen, president and CEO of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. “We are excited to kick off another great year of bringing people together.”
This kickoff event serves to introduce the programs in the year ahead, including Canisius College’s Young Professionals Leadership Certificate Program, First Niagara’s Mentoring Matters, Happy Hour For-a-Cause, Game Changers and a new event called Networking Across Borders, which is presented by Hodgson Russ LLP and will promote networking across the American-Canadian border.
The advisory board will also announce its nine spotlight professionals for the upcoming year, an early look at local influencers who are rapidly shaping Buffalo’s future.
Thursday’s attendees will play a networking game and then be entered in a contest for the chance to win lunch with one of the spotlight professionals.
The event will have catering by Adam’s Mark Buffalo, Opus 8 Catering, Magnolia Events, Pearl Street Grill and Salvatore’s Italian Gardens, so there will be no shortage of treats.
The event is free for BN 360 members, $30 if your employer is a partnership member or $60 if your employer is not a partnership member, but you intend to sign-up to be one. Walk-ups will be admitted on site tonight for the above fees, but online registration has closed.
