Passengers waiting for a flight at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport will finally be able to surf the Web for free. It’s about damn time.

According to Buffalo Business First, the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority will add free wireless Internet service Nov. 1. NFTA signed a three-year contract with Advanced Wireless.

Wireless has been available at the airport, but it cost $7.95 for one day’s access to the Internet service. I’d call that highway robbery, but it’s technically airport robbery.
