Buffalo.com Email Issues: We are working on it

We have received a great many calls and emails over the past four days regarding issues with our Buffalo.com email system—unusable accounts, random password changes, missing content and so on. We sincerely apologize for the problems. Our vendor is in the process of transferring accounts to a new cluster (which should improve speed and performance in the long run), and some accounts are experiencing difficulties as a result. We thought it would be resolved by now, and from some of the news we’ve heard from people in the community, there are still issues—so let us know when you’re having trouble and we will do what we can to fix what we can while we all ride this out.
