Former Sabres Barnaby, McKee stir the pot at Halloween party

We’re approaching the second anniversary of Matthew Barnaby’s well-publicized DWI arrest, and the incident is apparently far enough in the past for Barnaby and a former teammate to poke fun.
Late Saturday night, retired Sabre Jay McKee tweeted a photo from Barnaby’s Halloween party, where the former Sabres defenseman came dressed in prison garb with inmate No. 363636 emblazoned on the chest, referring back to Barnaby’s NHL jersey number.
In addition, McKee arrived with a tire in hand—Barnaby’s arrest came while driving his Porsche Cayenne with only three tires—and was accompanied by a woman dressed as a female police officer.
Strangely enough—and we’d imagine that it was planned—Barnaby donned the identical costume at his own party, and the former teammates posed for a photo together.
Barnaby, who was fired from his analyst gig at ESPN shortly after the December 2011 incident, made it clear through an earlier tweet that his intention wasn’t to make light of the DWI arrest.
Just for the record DWI's aren't funny. But i chose to laugh about it and learn from mistakes. As for touching a woman??— Matthew Barnaby (@MattBarnaby3636) October 26, 2013
